ELOTECH develops and manufactures all PID controllers, process controllers, indicators and control systems in-house - over 300,000 products - Made in Germany. Many ELOTECH controllers start their working life in injection moulding production, in extruder applications, industrial ovens, laboratory applications or in other industrial heating systems.
We provide you with the entire spectrum of control technology: from simple 1-zone PID controllers, to multi-zone PID controllers with and without integrated power controllers, to customised control cabinet variants or temperature control systems comprising several hundred zones. The temperature control units work in a network and are connected via innovative bus interfaces such as Profinet or OPCUA. The temperature controllers can also regulate gases and liquids and reliably control valves, for example. With around 100 man-years of development expertise, you get world-class control quality: the special adaptive algorithm is characterised by fast ramp-up, little to no overshoot and high dynamics. In co-operation with institutes and research facilities, we are already working on the new control algorithms of the next generation.
